The Water Treatment Plant has the capacity to treat 3,000,000 gallons per day and averages 1,250,000 gallons per day. There are 3400 service connections, 58 miles of water mains, and approximately 600 fire hydrants. The east water tower has storage capacity of 250,000 gallons and the west water tower has storage capacity of 500,000 gallons.

Property owners are responsible for the water service lines from the curb to the building including the main shut off valve by the water meter.

Residents and business occupants should familiarize themselves with the location of their water meter and main shut off valves in case a leak requires an emergency shut down.
