City of Thief River Falls: provides business resources and incentives as well as building permitting and community development services. 

Advance Thief River: an economic development initiative, led by Jobs, Inc., in partnership with the City of Thief River Falls and Pennington County, focusing on business recruitment, business retention and expansion, encouraging business startups, and increasing the pool of workforce talent in the area. www.advancethiefriver.com

Northwest Regional Development Commission: provides general planning guidance and technical assistance for specific industrial projects. www.nwrdc.org

Department of Employment and Economic Development: provides funding and technical assistance to businesses and communities including community improvement grants, business loans, international marketing and state promotion.
